Resoling at your local climbing gym

Drop your shoes off at your gym, your resoling partner inspects them and sends a quote, you accept it from your phone, and you collect them at the same gym when they’re done.
WHY IN THE APP
One app for your climbing. Resoling included.
Klettra is the climbing app where you log your sessions and your shoes. Because it already knows your gym and your gear, resoling sits right alongside them. No new account, no separate login, no emails back and forth. Just drop them off, follow the order, and pick them up.
HOW IT WORKS
Four taps from the home screen.
Everything happens inside the Klettra app: drop-off instructions, quotes, status updates, and pickup.
02STEP TWO
Head into My Climbing Shoes.
In Account Settings, under the Climbing section, tap My Climbing Shoes. If you haven't added a pair yet, you'll be able to add one here.
03STEP THREE
Tap Resoling.
Below your shoe list, tap the Resoling card. This opens the order form for the resoling partner at your home gym.
04STEP FOUR
Drop off your shoes.
Pick the pair you want resoled, add a note if you'd like, and submit. Drop them off at your gym, and your resoling partner takes it from there. You'll see status updates and the final quote inside the app.
AFTER YOU DROP OFF
The rest happens for you, inside the app.

Your partner inspects your shoes.
Once they’ve picked up your pair from the gym, they mark them as received in the app.

You get a quote, you decide.
After inspection they send a quote with the work needed and the price. Accept or decline straight from the app.

Live status while it’s being done.
Received → quoted → in progress → ready. You’ll get a push notification at every step.
- 4
Pick up at the same gym.
When your shoes are back at the gym, confirm pickup in the app. Klettra resets the climb counter on the rubber so you can see how much life this resole gives you.

If you climb at one of these gyms, you can drop your shoes off for resoling and follow the order in the Klettra app.
